Whispeara: Questions About the Evidence
Read product claims with a focused set of questions.
Turn the Claim Into a Question
Ask what result is being described, how it was measured, and which formula was studied. A reference should help resolve those questions rather than merely make a page look scientific.
Look for a match between the evidence and the exact preparation, amount, and use being proposed. Do not fill missing details with assumptions.
Keep the Conclusion Proportionate
Record what you learned and what remains unknown. You can understand a biological rationale while still wanting better product evidence before purchasing.
Keep personal stories separate from controlled research. Both can be read, but they do not answer the same question about cause and effect.
